But then a friend of mine told me to write about friendships!
Before i thought about giving you a closer look to one of my favorite hobbies...
Now im gonna do both :D
At firts some things i got on my mind for a looooooooooong time...it's about a let's say... special friendship mainly... but wait...
(Forgive me for switching between the 2 topics but i'll lead this to the right point i think xDDDDDD)
Like most of you know i like gaming :D
My favourite Game is actually Call of Duty (the whole series)... i freakin love it <3
I confess that i really spent unusual periods of time playing that game!
At first it was just playing that game... later i found some of my friends by playing that game!
We build up a clan and stuff and later everything got a bit splitted and some of us ended up with a HD-PVR to record stuff to our own youtube-channels...
Now...i know many people through this game but only a few veeeery good... (like 3 to be precise)
I spent hours of gaming and we never talked about something else... thats how the most people think o.O
SERIOUS? 15% of our conversations are about that dump game :D
We spend hours of laughing talking about all different stuff and having fun...
It's like chilling with some good friends on a couch talking... the only difference... we don't see us and we play a game in the meanwhile :D (of course i know how they look and were they live... we did things like that via facebook and skype... and i also visited some of them already)
So know my question which is on my mind for a loooong time...
Are those guys friends?Whats the defenition of a friend? Can you have a friendship which started within the internet and which mainly takes place there?
My answer for my self is defenitly a YES... Even after i slowed down things with my xbox i do have daily contact with them and i totaly like those guys <3
Now the other hand... people i have to with are calling any guy/girl they know from somewhere a "friend"
Basically thats why i like to use in german "ein kolleg von mir" xDDD
Not everyone in my basketballteam is a friend of mine...
Not everyone in my class is a friend of mine...
Not every friend of my friends are friends of mine o.O
Anyway i like everyone of our class :) In comparison to other schools we defenitly get along really well :)
I mean... it's unbelieveable how many assholes are running around out there :D
And before someone feels accosted... this ain't addressed to anyone who will read this^^
And now i wanna read whats your opinion about this
But before i wanna give you a closer look what fascinates me about playing CoD online against others and going for clips to upload them later edited :)
I'll just give you 2 examples and if you think it's unentertaining... i wont ever talk to you again :D
The first two videos are by the "FaZe Clan"... those guys are earning quite well money by uploading weekly content like this! The third one is a old montage by me ^^
So ... well im kinda tired... c ya tomorrow in school :)
my brother plays COD too and I tried it once but I faild :D and i really don´t get the point of that game. I can`t understand what`s so funny about killing another clan and trying to get higher levels.
AntwortenLöschenbut maybe because I`m a girl :DD
My brother does it too, to talk to friends meanwhile they`re playing but mostly its our neighbour and i think he has no social life^^
but in your case ist nice that you found friends and that you are in contact with them :)
Leveling and stuff is absolutly boring :O I hate it... And yeah i think its more Fun As soon as you are good at it xD so keep going Annika :D One Day you will beat your Brother and if he starts crying ... them it's fun xD
AntwortenLöschenWhat i wanted to say... anything is more fun if You're good at it :D
And how you say it, it sounds kinda weird :D
But anyway :D Im gonna visit one of them maybe this Weekend in munich :D
Oh i repeated :D
AntwortenLöschenWOAH for some unfindable reason I like this entry bigtime :D maybe cuz you stole my topic - gonna write about friendship next time too, you should read my blog ;D ...I agree with the "internet friendship" thing, not in all cases, but in general, friendships can begin on the internet...I just think to REALLY get to know each other face to face contact is a necessity.. oh and since I read your post I guess I am your friend ^_^ yipeeeee thanks thomas :DDD oh and thanks for changing the font man ;)
AntwortenLöschenI played CS a couple of times with some friends on a LAN - not over the internet. Man, that was quite frustrating! I could not talk at all, but had to concentrate with all my brain! Guess you have to be a pro in order to fully enjoy it ;-)
AntwortenLöschenConcerning you're other question: I definitely do think that you can make friends over the internet. It's a different process of getting to know each other and the friendship is a different one from "ordinary" friendships. That doesn't say something about the quality of the relationships ... only that it's different :-)
